Job Title: Case Manager/Prevention Specialist
The Case Manager/Prevention Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to students in need, coordinating preventive education programs, and supporting the overall wellness of the student body at Rider University.
This role is essential in ensuring that students receive the support they need to succeed academically, socially, and personally, while also contributing to a safe and healthy campus environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive case management services to students in need

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in case management, counseling, or student affairs
- Demonstrated strong effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of students, faculty, and staff
- Demonstrated excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated experience in handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google, and case management software (Maxient - preferred)
Preferred Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Higher Education, Student Affairs, or a related field
- Experience in crisis intervention and preventive education
