The Director, Finance Transformation Practice is a highly visible and critical role reporting directly to the Founder & CEO and working directly with our amazing customers to help them achieve their transformation goals while building the most innovative, cutting-edge Finance Transformation practice in the world.
You will be an entrusted asset playing a key leadership role in Atom’s Enterprise Transformation Practice, that requires hands-on implementation, leadership, business development, and problem-solving experience with modern ERP applications (specifically Oracle Fusions Cloud ERP), primarily Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, etc.), Supply Chain and Manufacturing with high competency in L2-L3 Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2) business processes, among others.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a strategy and vision for the Finance Transformation practice aligned with overall company objectives.
- Providing strong leadership to the team and taking full accountability for their individual and collective results.
- Growing the practice with clear YoY targets through Identifying and closing new business opportunities and clients.
- Ownership of client relationship and account management in building, nurturing, and ensuring complete satisfaction with client leaderships.
- Delivery excellence and project oversight ensuring successful execution measured by being complete on time, within budget, and the highest quality standards.
- Risk management to proactively anticipate and flags risks and implementing strategies to prevent them.
- Resource management in effectively allocating and managing resources to optimize performance.
- Innovative service and practice development to keep the practice at the forefront of trends and industry development.
- Financial management with responsibility of financial performance and growing the practice revenue, profits, and managing cost.
- Manage and drive continuous development of industry-specific accelerators (templates, best practices, automation tools) for faster delivery.
- Develop the Practice, including growing the team, business development, and growth to becoming a leading Financial Transformation cloud practice.
- Expand and identify opportunities to expand into other area of technology expertise and ecosystems beyond Oracle.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10 years prior management experience as an Practice Director and Delivery Lead in Finance Transformation, with 7 full-lifecycle implementations, across business process innovation, architecture, design, and transformation.
- 10 years prior management experience as an Practice Director and Delivery Lead in Finance Transformation, with 7 full-lifecycle implementations, across major Enterprise Applications like Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, etc.
- 10 years prior experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Financials, SCM, HCM, etc).
- Excellent communications skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 – Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Self-driven to achieve the highest standards of service, implementation excellence, and on-time delivery.
- Take extreme ownership and commitment towards results and getting the job done.
- Oracle Cloud Certifications (Preferred).
