Position Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) in Colorado who thrives in flexible, forward-thinking environments. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and build individualized treatment plans
Provide outpatient behavioral health care in a hybrid setting (telehealth, office, and in-home sessions)
Deliver evidence-based interventions while experimenting with new, creative approaches
Maintain timely, compliant, and accurate documentation
Collaborate with a mission-driven team in a fun, laid-back environment
Stay current with industry best practices and contribute to the company’s culture of continuous evolution
Accepted Licenses
LCSW – Licensed Clinical Social Worker
LPC – Licensed Professional Counselor
LMFT – Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Licensed Psychologist – PsyD or PhD
(Must be licensed and in good standing in the State of Colorado)
Compensation & Commission
Base Salary: $75,000–$90,000 (dependent on caseload and productivity)
Commission Tiers:
55% to start
57% after 6 months
60% after 12 months
Sign-On Bonus: $1,500
Model: Payment made when Lokiten is reimbursed (primarily Medicaid-based billing)
