Position Overview:
We are expanding our team and seeking dedicated Attorneys with experience in transactional law within the equipment sector to join our offices in Denver, Colorado, and our soon-to-be-launched office in Georgia. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic firm that plays a pivotal role in the legal landscape of the equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transactional Legal Support: Provide comprehensive legal counsel on transactions related to the equipment industry, including buying, selling, leasing, and financing.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and compliance with applicable laws.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Advise clients on regulatory requirements, compliance issues, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Dispute Resolution: Manage and resolve disputes through negotiation, mediation, or litigation as necessary, ensuring effective outcomes for clients.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and deliver tailored legal solutions that align with their needs.
- Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, legal developments, and best practices within the equipment sector to provide informed guidance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensure: Admission to the bar in Colorado or Georgia (depending on the position).
- Experience: Minimum of 7 to 10 years in transactional law, preferably within the equipment industry or in a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and management.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
