Horse Barn Manager - Full Time

Do you have full time job experience handling and caring for horses?
Are you willing and able to work days between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm?
Do you have horse barn manager experience supervising people and scheduling activities?
Do you live within 30 minutes of our farm?
If so, Riders Up Farm in College Grove, TN is looking for you to fill a full time barn manager vacancy. We are a 20 stall care barn, not a show barn - and we only stall board. There are no "field" duties associated with this job. This can be a great learning opportunity for someone looking to expand their equine knowledge by working at a facility where horse care and handling are done correctly.
Duties include:
Staff scheduling, assignment of daily tasks, normal barn chores, training new workers
Minimum one year barn management experience with a commitment to high standards of care and safety. We offer a serene environment, welcoming and friendly owners and easy to handle horses. Located in College Grove Tn.
