Job Summary
We are seeking a Fitness Specialist to join our team. This role will involve assessing, monitoring, and developing individual fitness programs for residents.
About the Role
- Assist Fitness Coordinators in overseeing daily operations of 4 onsite Fitness Centers
- Lead 1-1 personal training sessions, group exercise classes, and specialty classes
- Promote, coordinate, and implement exercise programs and campus events
- Build relationships with residents and staff, encouraging physical activity and overall wellness

Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Health Education, Physical Education, or related field
- Minimum one year of experience in a related field; degree may be substituted if related
- Certification through a national organization (ACSM, ACE, NASM) preferred
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
