Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Team Member to join our team at Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs of our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Implement resident personal care plans, focusing on strengths, preferences, and routines
- Provide assistance with resident activities and programs
- Collaborate with the clinical team to address resident needs in a timely manner
- Administer medication to residents
Requirements:
- Current Certified Medication Tech (CMT) or Certified Medicine Aide (CMA) for the State of Maryland
- Current GNA for the State of Maryland
- 1-2 years of CNA/GNA experience preferred
- 1-2 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
