Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance and sales efficiency.
- Set and monitor individual and team sales goals.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to discuss performance, strategies, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to support and guide the sales team.
Customer Service
