What are the responsibilities and job description for the Companion Coach position at RIDGE AREA ARC?

We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule that can help support and share local activities with our adults who have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
**Position requires verifiable paid caregiving experience, minimum age of 18, valid Florida driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to pass a Level 2 Background check and drug test.**
You will work one-on-one with our consumers and have the opportunity to help them reach their full potential and be an integral part of our community. Work schedule may include nights and/or weekends.

Requirements:
- Must pass a level 2 criminal background screening including local screening and drug testing.
- Must have a valid Florida driver's license, a clean 3-year driving record, and reliable transportation with current registration and insurance.
