Ridge Area Arc provides coaching opportunities to help guide individuals who live independently, with everyday tasks. Our Supported Living Coaches help manage finances, monitor doctor appointments, medications and health issues as well as shopping and much more. You will have the opportunity to help our consumers reach their full potential and be an integral part of our community. Work schedule will include Saturday and Sundays.

Education/Experience: Must qualify with one of the following:
- High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited school plus 4 years direct professional experience in working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- One year of college plus three years of direct experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Associate’s degree or two years of college from an accredited college or university plus two years of direct experience in working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Bachelor's degree in business, education, behavioral or rehabilitative science or related degree
Requirements:
- Must pass a level 2 criminal background screening including local screening and drug testing.
- Must have a valid Florida driver's license, a clean 3-year driving record, and reliable transportation with current registration and insurance.
