Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing leads to drive onboarding growth.
- Conduct in home assessments and identify potential customers.
- Manage assigned territory effectively, ensuring all customer needs are met promptly.
- Collaborate with a team
- Provide support by understanding product specifications and addressing client inquiries.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase product benefits.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role, preferably in customer relation and senior care.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with principles and practices of our agency.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and sensitively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about new products and services.
