In this role, you will spearhead end-to-end implementations of Ridgeline's cutting-edge enterprise cloud platform for investment management clients. Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will redefine operational workflows, solve critical challenges, and enhance customer satisfaction. By leveraging tools such as ChatGPT and other advanced AI platforms, you will ensure projects meet the highest standards of efficiency and innovation.
What will you do?
- Engage customer leaders to understand, design, and implement strategic workflows across the investment management lifecycle.
- Configure and test Ridgeline's software to align with customer objectives, including data migration, reconciliation, portfolio accounting validation, and report customization.
- Develop expertise in the investment management domain to ensure clients maximize the potential of Ridgeline's solutions.
- Collaborate with technical integration consultants to design, build, and deploy effective customer integrations.
- Partner with engineering and product management to identify and resolve software bugs and drive the development of new features.
- Contribute to the creation of scalable tools and templates that enhance data migration and integration processes.
- Provide mentorship and foster a collaborative, transparent work environment rooted in continuous learning.
- Act as a Ridgeline ambassador, articulating the value of the technology to external stakeholders.
- Travel domestically up to 20% to foster strong customer relationships.

Compensation and Benefits
The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $140,000 to $165,000 OTE. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
