The Ridgeline Packaged Integrations team creates standardized integrations for customers, connecting with a wide variety of vendors. As a Packaged Integrations team member, you will design and build integration solutions and help mentor junior engineers. We value collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a commitment to excellence, and are looking for someone passionate about driving impactful solutions in the integration space.
You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
What will you do?
- Build robust and resilient integrations to support a wide range of business needs
- Partner closely with customer experience, product, and engineering teammates
- Engage in the entire development process, from requirements and design reviews through implementation and testing
- Evolve our deployment pipeline for integrations and the components that support them
- Coach and mentor fellow engineers to deliver high quality integrations
- Think creatively, own problems, seek solutions, and communicate clearly along the way
- Contribute to a collaborative environment rooted in learning, teaching, and transparency
