Ridge Valley Exteriors, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team specializing in roofing and gutters. Beyond selling high-quality roofing solutions, you'll be contributing to significant causes like St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, making an impact in the fight against childhood cancer. **Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):**

• Engage in door-to-door sales to generate leads and build customer relationships
• Conduct roof inspections to assess customer needs and recommend solutions
• Actively prospect and present Ridge Valley Exteriors' services to drive new business
• Meet and exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients throughout the sales process
• Attend training sessions to become a Certified Roof Top Expert, thoroughly learning our products and services
• Positively contribute to the Ridge Valley Exteriors team culture, collaborating with team members to achieve business objectives
• Be present onsite during installation to provide customer service, reviewing details with customers, checking in, and closing out projects upon completion
  
  

**Ideal Candidate Should Possess:**

• A positive and outgoing personality that thrives in a customer-centric environment
• A strong drive and motivation to work hard and achieve sales victories
• A willingness to reflect and learn in the sales process
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and building trust
• Availability to work five days a week, with Saturdays being the most productive and rewarding
• Willingness to conduct roof inspections and engage in door-to-door sales efforts (training provided)
• The ability to set up ladders, climb on roofs, work at heights, climb into attics, lift 50 lbs, and work in various weather conditions year-round
• Roofing sales experience is a plus but not required (comprehensive training provided)
• Ability to pass a background check for employment
• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
• An iPad, laptop, and smartphone to get started

• 100% commission-based; first-year potential: $75,000 to $125,000
• Uncapped earnings: $150,000 - $250,000 with effort and training
