Industrial Maintenance Foreman

Job Summary
This role requires someone who is organized and team oriented. This role requires the foreman to fill out JSA's before start of projects. Foreman must line out all workers under him. The foreman is responsible to communicate to management of issues in the field either with employees or customers. This role requires the ability to problem solve. Our work scope is diverse so this role requires someone who is flexible and able to learn. The foreman must be well spoken and have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians in daily operations.
• Review and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents to guide maintenance activities.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards throughout all maintenance processes.
• Train and mentor staff on best practices for maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and compliance documentation.

Skills

• Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with construction estimating techniques.
• Experience with quality control processes in a maintenance environment.
• Knowledge of using Ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools for troubleshooting electrical issues.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and other departments.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating leadership capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
