- Possess a current/ active Arkansas Certified Medication Technician License in good standing.
- Are able to reliably commute to and from our job location.
- Can you pass a background check
- Can you provide a valid state id, social security card, I-94 or passport

- You must maintain the care and use of supplies and equipment

Qualifications:
- Long term care experience
- The most basic responsibility is to ensure that all team members are adhering to the facilities dedication of promoting the best plan of care for all residents.
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school education
- Arkansas Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA License) for one year.
- Medication Tech/ Medication Assistant Licensed. The program/ license must be approved by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing.
- Must maintain a continuing education related to medications as required by Arkansas State Board of Nursing and any other licensing agency as appropriate.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic understanding of physiological systems
- Experience in providing care for resident/patients that reside in long-term care, including memory care, hospice, and developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in taking vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications to patients according to prescribed dosages and schedules
- Document medication administration Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper medication management
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients during medication administration
