We are looking for an experienced RN with long- term care experience to organize and oversee all nursing operations of the facility during the weekend.
In this position you will collaborate with DON and the ADON's with attention to maintain quality standards with policies and procedures.
Our nurses are key to helping us fulfilling our mission. We prefer that nurses have the following:
- Long Term Care Experience
- Working Knowledge in a supervisor capacity; in any career
- Strong Leadership Abilities in long term care or like environment
- Must have a Valid RN License and CPR certification
Schedule:
- Weekends
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all team members are adhering to the facilities dedication of promoting the best plan of care for all residents.
- Maintain the flow of the hall in a respectful, professional manner for both the team members and the residents.
- Complete and accurate charting.
- Willing to work the floor.
- ·Attend all meetings set forth by the Director of Nursing an Administrator.
- Have a Professional demeanor with Doctors, Clinics and other professionals.
- Communicate clearly with all department managers.
- Must have a valid Arkansas nursing license
