Treatment Nurse [RN] | Must Have Knowledge of Geriatric Care & Ensure Our Residents Well-Being

Our Treatment Nurse Manager is key to helping us fill our mission:

• Treatment Nurse is to aid the Director of Nursing in organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of our Nursing Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Administrator and Medical Director, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times

Do YOU Qualify?

• Previous Long-Term Care Experience
• Must be a RN
• Prior experience with wound care, PCC, skin and wound portal, and infection prevention.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• The most basic responsibility is to ensure that team members are adhering to the facility's dedication to promoting the best plan of care for all residents.
• Normal work hours will be Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm. You will be required to be in the on-call rotation with the other nurse managers which will require weekends/holidays/nights occasionally
• Participate in weekly meetings; such as IDT, Morning meetings, and any other meetings required by the ADMIN, DON, or ADON.
• Perform hall manager duties for your assigned hall by conducting daily rounds and following up on all 24-hour reports.
