- Sprinkler systems inspections and testing
- Patient Care related electrical equipment testing (PCREE)
- Maintain Wanderguard system
- Maintain egress doors
- Fire Alarm inspection reports
- Fire Extinguisher monitoring
- Fire Door inspections
- Electrical outlet testing
- Generator testing and logs
- Backflow water testing
- Fire safety Clearance for electric and storage
- Patient lifts
- Fire Drills, one per shift per quarter
- Emergency preparedness
- Disaster oversite
- Maintain Boilers and inspections
- Circulating pumps
- Elevator inspections
