Our Maintenance Director is responsible for the overall management and execution of all facility maintenance needs with a particular focus on HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance, safety and compliance. This role involves managing a team of maintenance and grounds personnel, overseeing contractors, developing and implementing maintenance plans and repair of equipment, managing budgets and resources effectively. Troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC issues, coordinating repairs with in house staff and/or contractors. Requires 3-5 years of HVAC experience.
