- Possess a demonstrated knowledge of fundamentals, training, strategy and tactics in baseball
- Ability to run organized practice sessions focusing on skill development and teamwork while also developing an understanding of essential baseball concepts and strategies
- Knowledge of NJSIAA rules and regulations
- Appropriate Certification required (Will specify upon acceptance of the position)
- Ability to work in a team concept
