This position is a Sales Team Leader is someone that trains and builds a team while simultaneously achieving their own sales. The job will require daily communication, training, building and leading a team of motivates Roof Consultants. The teams will generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, running in house leads, and other networking opportunities. The Sale team lead is responsible by leading by example, building a strong culture, and keeping the team on track to hit the required goals and beyond. This is a salary plus commission-based job.
Requirements:
This role requires someone with past management experience or strong sales success in the roofing industry. Requires door to door sales and being self-motivated and a great team leader. Must be able to work full time which can include some weekends.
