Key Responsibilities
Operational Management:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the roofing business, including project management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Help train sales reps
- Financial Oversight:
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and reports.
- Analyze financial performance and identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Manage invoicing, billing, and collection processes.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage staff including project managers & roofers
- Foster a positive work environment and promote professional development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Customer Relations:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
