As a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant at Ridgeline, you’ll play a key role in enhancing and expanding the capabilities of our Salesforce product to support internal teams and customers. You’ll partner with solution architects and business stakeholders to lead technical design, solution development, and system integrations. Your work will be instrumental in driving customer onboarding success and supporting Ridgeline’s broader integration and data strategies.

Compensation And Benefits
The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is $126,000 - $150,000 OTE. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.

As a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant at Ridgeline, you’ll play a key role in enhancing and expanding the capabilities of our Salesforce product to support internal teams and customers. Your work will be instrumental in driving customer onboarding success and supporting Ridgeline’s broader integration and data strategies.
What will you do?
- Lead solutioning and enhancement of existing Salesforce customizations, ensuring alignment with Ridgeline's platform goals
- Collaborate with solution architects to define and implement scalable and secure Salesforce solutions
- Evaluate and optimize CRM processes by analyzing technical capabilities and customer business requirements
- Support technical implementations, from design through deployment, across internal and customer projects
- Utilize Salesforce Data Loader and Excel to manage data migration and mapping between systems
- Partner with integration teams to contribute to Ridgeline’s Integration Library using iPaaS (Workato)
- Drive technical documentation efforts, including functional specifications, process flows, and user stories
- Guide clients through integration requirement gathering and solution planning, setting projects up for long-term success
- Advocate for Ridgeline’s technology and integration strategy to internal stakeholders and customers
- Mentor junior team members and elevate team capabilities through knowledge sharing and collaboration
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform including declarative tools like Flows
- Strong understanding of sandbox provisioning, security models, and user configuration
- Proficiency with Salesforce Data Loader and Excel for data transformation and migration
- Hands-on experience with REST or similar APIs for system integrations
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or similar industry-specific applications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical topics to business audiences
- Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and customer engagement
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GitHub
- Comfort with cloud-based tools including Google Workspace, Slack, and AWS
- Experience with Workato or other low-code iPaaS platforms
- Exposure to data migration tools like Flatfile.io
- Background in investment management or financial services domains
