Ridgemere of Conway is seeking Resident Care Associates, as we have an immediate need for applicants who can work 7a to 7p shift on a PRN basis.
As a Resident Care Associate, you will provide compassionate care to our residents by assisting with activities of daily living. Previous experience is preferred but not required. Applicants must be physically able to ambulate and transfer residents. Pre-employment drug screening and criminal history background check will be required.
