Our client, an innovative and progressive closed door pharmacy near Livonia, MI, serving the needs of patients in Assisted Living and Long Term Care facilities, is adding staff to their growing pharmacy!We are seeking an experienced Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician with experience working in a fast-paced pharmacy environment. The schedule will be Mon-Fri, 2nd and 3rd shifts and rotating weekends.
The Fulfillment Operations Pharmacy Technician is responsible for the daily operation of automated Packaging and Dispensing equipment, the fulfillment of Bulk Prescriptions and the Staging of all finished items for shipment to our customers. This position will also function with and assist any other area in the facility as needed with regards to pharmacy operations.
Requirements :
- Registered Pharmacy Technician in the State of Michigan
- Problem-solving skills as well as the ability to think on your toes and make decisions quickly.
- Basic pharmacy drug knowledge, great computer and communication skills required.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment
- Must be customer focused, self motivated and dependable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and computer skills required.
- Stable work history
