Independently owned and innovative pharmacy located in rural Northern Kansas is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to add to their team.
This is a full-time (not temp / contract) position in a modern retail pharmacy offering a unique opportunity to become an integral part of the patient care team.
Practice in a dynamic setting with the following highlights :
- Provide access to key services such as immunizations, MTM, Medicare Part D plan comparisons, adherence packaging and a medication synchronization program
- Join in patient care initiatives, such as CPESN Flip-the-Pharmacy
- Operate efficiently with technologies like industry-leading PioneerRx software and dispensing automation in a newly expanded and remodeled facility
- Work alongside a full homecare division, including oxygen, CPAP, diabetic shoes and continuous glucose monitoring
- Focus on providing exceptional pharmacy care for a patient over time, rather than dispensing a prescription at a single moment.
- Build personal relationships with patients and understand their individual needs, in the traditional spirit of independent community pharmacy.

Requirements :
This is a great opportunity to join an excellent staff with a solid team environment! Salary and benefits package are competitive. Schedule will be M-F days with rotating Saturdays 8 : 30 - 1pm. Closed Sunday.
