Server

Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional server to join our team at RidgePointe Country Club. As a server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring our members and guests have a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Take and accurately input food and beverage orders into the system.
• Provide detailed descriptions of menu items and daily specials.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
• Monitor guest needs, including refilling drinks and clearing dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Process payments and provide change in accordance with club policies.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a server role, preferably in an upscale or country club setting, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards is a plus.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
