Responsibilities :
- Design and plan interior layouts, with a focus on kitchens and bathrooms.
- Utilize Chief Architect software to create detailed and accurate renderings.
- Develop design concepts and present them to the team for approval.
- Select materials, finishes, and furnishings to complete the design.
- Oversee the implementation of design projects to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
- Staging of vacant apartments to maximize rental opportunities.
- Placing cabinet orders with preferred vendors.
