Ridgetop Dental is seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic organization. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our doctors to ensure patients fully understand and feel confident about their recommended treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
Treatment Plan Management:
- Verify dental benefits and ensure treatment plan estimates are accurate.
- Present and discuss treatment plans with patients, providing clarity and support.
- Document financial arrangements and implement office financial policies.
Patient Education and Follow-Up:
- Educate patients about veneers, implants, crowns, bridges, orthodontics, periodontal treatments, and other diagnosed procedures.
- Utilize digital photos and intraoral camera images to enhance patient understanding during consultations.
- Consistently follow up with patients to schedule and confirm treatment appointments.
- Provide post-treatment follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction.
Case Acceptance and Financial Monitoring:
- Monitor and maintain treatment plans and case acceptance rates.
- Track production and collections to meet or exceed set goals.
- Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on performance metrics.
Patient Relations and Problem-Solving:
- Address patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Handle difficult patient interactions and public relation calls with poise.
- Work proactively to find solutions to challenges, ensuring patient trust and satisfaction.
Team Collaboration:
- Support a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Contribute to office goals with a focus on teamwork and effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and insurance verification.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on patient care and team success.
- Experience with dental practice management software and office technology is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
