We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN - Licensed Nurse to join our dedicated team at our Jasper, AL facility. As an LPN, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents, administering medications, performing comprehensive nurse assessments, and maintaining precise patient records. You will also collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
