Medical Wellness Associate
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Wellness Associate to join our team at Ridgeview & Ridgewood Health Services. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.
Your duties will include providing direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. You will also have the opportunity to participate in training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Document resident progress and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
Qualifications
- CNA certification or equivalent experience
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care
- Ability to perform the physical duties of the position, including lifting 25 pounds, moving throughout the day, and helping residents evacuate during emergency situations
- English communication skills
