- This position is based at our Jasper, AL facility and offers flexible scheduling options, including shifts from 7 AM - 3 PM, 3 PM - 11 PM, 11 PM - 7 AM, 7 PM - 7 AM, and 7 AM - 7 PM.
- As an LPN - Licensed Nurse, your responsibilities will include administering medications, performing comprehensive nurse assessments, and maintaining precise patient records.
You will work closely with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, provide education to residents and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention, and foster a safe and supportive environment.
