RIDGEVIEW Behavioral Health Services, a not-for-profit community mental health center, is hiring immediately for a Full Time Bachelor's Level Substance Abuse Recovery Specialist/ Data Coordinator for our Jamestown, TN, location. The schedule will be Monday-Friday, standard business hours.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in social services (psychology, sociology, social work, etc); good organization and time management skills; documented safe driving record; and the ability to work independently while interacting within a multidisciplinary team environment. Two years of professional experience working with the chemically addicted preferred. Strong computer and documentation skills required. Requires F endorsement on TN driver’s license (can be obtained during first 90 days).
JOB DUTIES
The Recovery Specialist will be responsible for wrap-around service facilitation to program members on an outpatient basis; securing a full array of Alcohol and Drug/Co-occurring services; promoting and maintaining positive community referral practices with drug courts and supervised probation staff; providing A/D group work facilitation. The Recovery Specialist will also be responsible for data collection to include tracking collecting, aggregating, and reporting both quantitative and qualitative data as required to fulfill payer requirements. The Recovery Specialist will be responsible for meeting educational requirements in Relapse Prevention/Early Recovery Skills and State and Federal entitlement enrichment.
