Position Overview:
As an RN Unit Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of your assigned unit, ensuring the delivery of exceptional resident care while supporting and mentoring staff. This is a full-time day shift position with an on-call rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the clinical team on your unit, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
- Develop and oversee care plans to meet residents’ individual needs.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and support as needed.
- Maintain communication with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in Pennsylvania (required).
- Previous experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting (preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
