Ridgeview Industries is a leading metal stamping and assembly supplier primarily serving the automotive market. We currently employ approximately 600 people across our 4 locations.
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician’s for our Spring Lake, MI. location with a patient, friendly, and positive attitude. The ideal candidate for this role will have the following credentials.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Effectively troubleshoot and resolve assembly, weld machine, and plant equipment issues
· Complete preventative maintenance assignments on time
· Complete assigned projects before the assigned due date
· Effectively use work orders to communicate work performed
· Effectively communicate with production team and supervisor
· Resolve electrical issues on plant production equipment
Qualifications:
· High School diploma, equivalent education, or willing to meet this requirement
· 3 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment or combination of experience and tech school training.
· Experience with stamping press and feed line systems preferred
· Advanced electrical skills with single, three phase and 24v systems
· Mechanical skills working with industrial machines and equipment.
· Skills in fabrication
· A self-starter who can work without direct Supervision
· Able to complete projects in a timely manner free from defect
· An effective trouble shooter with an eye for detail
