As a Lead Mental Health Technician (MHT), you'll be an integral part of our treatment team, providing continuous care, supervision, and positive role modeling to patients across various age groups from adolescents to geriatrics. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you'll contribute to creating a therapeutic environment that fosters patient support and well-being.

Education/Experience: H.S. diploma and preferably a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in hospital business office and/or human resources, preferably in a health care setting; or any combination of education, training or experience in a hospital business office.
Experience: Three years of related experience, with a knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques with understanding of mental illness, preferred. At least three years of experience training and developing other staff members in psychiatric patient care techniques or at least one year of experience performing similar duties, preferred.
Licensure: Must maintain a valid driver's license in the State of GA.
Additional Requirements: Ability to work occasional overtime and flexible hours as requested.

- Provide daily staffing of RN’s, LVN’s and MHT’s
- Process PTO requests and ensure coverage for employees taking PTO.
- Screen resumes and set up interviews of nursing candidates for CNO.
- Process call ins/absences and ensure coverage.
- Ensure training/orientation of nursing staff is current.
- Produce daily staffing sheets and store past daily sheets.
- Prepare daily staffing FTE report for CEO, CFO, and CNO.
- Review time sheets daily and make corrections as needed for Payroll.
- Review staffing with CNO to ensure adherence to staffing grid and safety.
