We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team, specializing in the installation and maintenance of security systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field service and demonstrate proficiency in system design, including alarm systems and surveillance technologies. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively detect issues and provide solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Install, configure, and maintain security systems.
- Conduct site assessments to determine the best placement for equipment and ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding their security systems.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on installed systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role in the field of security system installation.
- Strong understanding of alarm system sales, and surveillance systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to detect issues quickly and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record may be required for travel to job sites.
- Willingness to undergo any necessary training or certification related to security systems installation.
