Position : Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Responsibilities :
- Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
- Help residents with mobility and positioning, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Take and record vital signs and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
- Respond promptly to resident requests and provide compassionate support.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care planning. Requirements :
- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of California.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred but not required.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
