Job Overview:
- We are looking for an outgoing, detail-oriented person to join our Dietary Team as a Cook at our Skilled Nursing Facility.
Essential Duties of a Dietary Cook:
- Follow detailed instructions for the prepared menus and portion control guides.
- Prepare delicious and tasteful meals, cooking a variety of foods in large quantities.
- Accurately prepare special diets.
- Record food temperatures for the meals.
- Cooperate and work in harmony with personnel in all departments.
- Clean cooking area and serving carts.
- Report resident care concerns and potential issues to the Administrator and/or Director of Nurses.
