- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing routine assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for residents.
- Educate residents and their families on health-related topics and provide emotional support as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and progress. What We're Looking For :
- Current California RN license in good standing.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
