We provide exceptional care to our residents and are looking for someone equally exceptional to join our team as the Director of Social Services!

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Guiding and supporting our residents and their families through the long-term care process like a pro.
  • Using your organizational wizardry to juggle multiple tasks while keeping a smile on your face.
  • Navigating long-term care regulations like a boss – and knowing exactly what our residents need to live their best lives.
  • Leading with compassion, empathy, and a customer service mindset.

What We’re Looking For :

  • A master of multitasking, organization, and teamwork
  • A natural communicator who loves working with people and problem-solving
  • Knowledge of long-term care regulations (bonus points if you know them inside out!)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the great state of Maryland- or at least working on getting licensed.
  • Passion for providing the best care possible in a skilled nursing setting
