You’re a Licensed Practical Nurse who’s tired of boring job descriptions, wants to make a difference, and knows how to have a little fun while you’re at it.
You’re:
- A graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license (go you!).
- Experienced in geriatric care (preferred but not required—newbies welcome, we’ve got your back!).
- Able to speak, read, and write English. Bonus if you can also dish out dad jokes.
- Team-oriented, patient-loving, and full of good vibes.
- Be the MVP of resident care within your LPN scope of practice.
- Deliver treatments and meds like a pro—timely, accurately, and with a smile.
- Team up with coworkers to create a homey, loving environment for our residents.
- Keep communication open and drama-free. We’re here for the good vibes only.
- Contribute to Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement—because we’re always leveling up.
