Position Summary:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee roofing projects from start to finish—ensuring timelines are met, budgets are maintained, and customers are satisfied. You’ll serve as the main point of contact between crews, clients, suppliers, and company leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage residential and commercial roofing projects from start to finish

• Coordinate with installation crews, vendors, and clients

• Ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards

• Conduct job site inspections and maintain project documentation

• Communicate project updates effectively with customers and team members

• Troubleshoot and resolve project issues as they arise

Qualifications:

• Experience in roofing or construction project management

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously

• Knowledge of roofing systems and safety practices

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Must be comfortable working as a 1099 contractor

• Driven and self-motivated

Compensation:

• Commission-based structure with potential earnings of initial $75,000 to $150,000 annually, based on performance you can earn more.
