Job Description and Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse RN at Ridgewood Care Center, you will be responsible for daily documentation, transcription of physician orders, notification of pharmacy, and preparation/administration of medications. You will also participate in all other duties assigned by the Director of Nursing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current RN license in Wisconsin
