What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Runner/Busser position at Ridgewood Country Club?
The food runner prepares their work station with all items needed to deliver food to the tables during lunch and dinner. These items include silverware, china, condiments, to go containers, carrying trays, etc. The food runner organizes food orders per Club procedures and delivers food out to the appropriate tables./server. The food runner may also assist with various set-up and break down each day.
Busser assists the servers with clearing tables, filling waters and serving bread and butter.
