Job Summary
The Controller is an experienced hands-on financial manager who oversees accounting, proposal costing, and contract management in a fast-paced, high-tech R&D environment.
This role coordinates day-to-day accounting, contract management, and HR activities. The Controller reports to the President / CEO and works closely with the CEO and Project Managers to ensure financial targets are met.
Responsibilities will include :
- Oversee HR and Accounting Staff
- Monthly GL reconciliation
- Monthly financial reports
- Monthly analysis of data
- Weekly analysis of job costs vs budget
- Work closely with PM setting up and managing jobs
- Contract Management
- Proposal Pricing
- Annual Rate submission
- Annual ICE submission
- Reporting to all government financial entities
- Solve diverse problems daily in a complex environment
- Unanet Experience

Salary and Benefits

Salary : $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year, dependent on experience, skill level, and the extent to which the candidate meets desired requirements
