Licensed Nursing Home Administrator :
Supervises all clinical and administrative functions in the facility
Responsible for the overall management and leadership of the facility.
Administration, management, supervision and coordination of all departments to ensure quality care
Ensures that the services offered meet or exceed federal, state, and local standards
