- Must possess a NJ Teacher of Students with Disabilities Certification or Teacher of the Handicapped Certification
- Must possess Orton-Gillingham Certification
- Must be experienced and highly skilled in the area of multi-sensory structured language, literacy, decoding, fluency, and comprehension
