What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse (LPN or RN) - Nights position at Ridgewood Rehabilitation & Care Center?

Currently we are looking for a night nurse to help us provide quality care to our residents. A qualified nurse will have an active Nebraska nursing license (LPN or RN) and an active CPR certification. Generous shift differentials available for a 12-hour night shift.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality nursing services to meet physical, psychological, spiritual, and restorative needs of residents.
- Create and maintain an outstanding facility for residents.
- Maintain and follow established safety rules and precautions.
- Must participate in continuing education in-services and meetings (helps maintain your license).
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Pass a physical exam.
- Lift, push, pull and move residents, equipment, supplies, etc.
- Be able to life up to 50 lbs. continuously throughout the day.
- Bend, stoop and twist almost constantly throughout the day.
- See and hear well enough to take blood pressure, chart, read thermometers, etc.
- Remain active and on their feet for up to four (4) hours at a time.
